The Park City Chamber Music Society (PCCMS) will be participating in the LivePCGivePC Campaign on Nov. 16. PCCMS is the non profit that presents the Beethoven Festival Park City, Utah’s oldest classical music festival, and the Park City Film Music Festival, the nation’s first film festival dedicated to the impact of music in film.
PCCMS will be involved in outreach during the day, after which it will present its first ever internet concert broadcast. Beethoven Festival artists will perform in a private home and the event will be aired live online.
Joining PCCMS founders Leslie Harlow, viola, and Russell Harlow, clarinet, will be Beethoven Festival artists Monte Belknap and Alexander Woods, violin; Julie Bevan, cello; and Bryan Stanley, piano.
Music to be performed will include works by Paganini, Mozart, Beethoven, Saint-Saëns, Chopin, as well as by other composers.
To access the event, log in to http://www.pcmusicfestival.com starting at 4:45 p.m. and follow the links to the concert.
